Here’s what you need for your keto snack:
1 bunch curly kale (around 8 ounces)
Primal Palate Barbecue Rub
Here’s how you make it:
Tear kale into small pieces, around 3 inches, and discard stems
Place kale in a large bowl
Massage leaves with oil
Then, in a food processor, mix macadamia nuts, yeast and seasoning until it forms a paste
Massage seasoning into kale leaves
Spread kale out on a baking sheet and bake at 150 degrees for 30 minutes or until kale is dark green and crispy.
Allow to cool and then serve!
